Knowing that your groups have a dedicated member of our staff to assist with their group check-in or someone who can Meet and liaise with the airport coach marshal to ensure the swift arrival of their coach can bring peace of mind to every group travel organiser.

How we can help you

Our Airport Angels are trained to provide a seamless ‘Meet & Assist’ service on behalf of transport providers, corporate and incentive travel companies, event management companies, tour operators or private groups large or small on both Arrival and Departure.

Our friendly professional Airport Angels are happy to assist with any purchases that groups require on arrival to the UK before they leave the airport, arrange Porters, and liaise with drivers and those at the destination. If required our staff can provide a full chaperone service, travelling on the coach with the group to assist with hotel check-in’s or check-out’s.

Among our staff we have many years of combined experience working within the airport, the travel industry and business management which has helped us to provide a service that is knowledgeable, professional and friendly too!

  • Our Airport Angels will liaise with drivers to meet passengers from their coach or taxis on arrival to the airport.
  • They will deal with any problems which may arise including delayed or cancelled flights.
  • If required staff will assist with VAT returns.
  • The group are then accompanied to Security ensuring they know what to do once airside and are given a contact number for us should they require any assistance.
  • Our Airport Angels liaise with taxi or coach company drivers and maintain contact throughout the service.
  • They meet the Group at Arrivals with a meet sign displaying the group name.
  • After assisting with any requirements in the terminal the Airport Angel will then take the group to the Group Coach Pick-up area. At some airports this requires our staff to liaise with the coach marshal to release the awaiting coach from the coach park.
  • We are happy to provide Chaperone Care for groups who require a member of staff to travel with them on the coach and assist at the destination.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with travel providers and organisations throughout the service if requested.
  • Our Airport Angels will liaise with drivers to meet passengers from their coach or taxis on arrival to the airport.
  • They will assist with check-in; if available we can arrange group check-in facilities.
  • They will deal with any problems which may arise including delayed or cancelled flights.
  • If required staff will assist with VAT returns.
  • The group are then accompanied through Security and cared for in the departure lounge until they are taken by our staff member to the Boarding Gate.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with organisations if requested.
  • Our Airport Angels liaise with taxi or coach company drivers and maintain contact throughout the service.
  • They meet the group as they disembark the aircraft with a meet sign displaying the group name.
  • They are accompanied through immigration and assisted in the baggage hall.
  • After assisting with any requirements in the terminal the Airport Angel will then take the group to the Group Coach Pick-up area. At some airports this requires our staff to liaise with the coach marshal to release the awaiting coach from the coach park.
  • We are happy to provide Chaperone Care for groups who require a member of staff to travel with them on the coach and assist at the destination.
  • Groups are met as they disembark the aircraft by one of our Airport Angels with a meet sign displaying the group name.
  • They are then transferred either Airside or Landside, depending on their onward carrier and whether their luggage is checked through to the terminal where their onward flight will depart from.
  • Our Airport Angels remain with them in the departure lounge until they take them to the Boarding gate.
