My experience was excellent. I was met as plan at pick up meet point on time at the airport and escorted all the way to my checking and dropped bag area and then to departure. We had an incredible experience with Airport Angels! They were so helpful in gathering our travel group at Heathrow. Nuzhat, Thenuya, and Shafla were each prompt, professional, and very kind, they made the transfer from the airport to our bus completely seamless. A special thanks as well to Siobhan, who handled all of our communications. She was wonderful to work with, always quick to reply, and answered every question with such clarity. Couldn’t recommend this service more highly. Extremely professional and reliable. Took all the anxiety out of the transit through terminals at Heathrow for my 15 year old son travelling on his own. My son (14) says he felt cared for and completely comfortable with both his chaperones. He was with Susie for a brief handover and said she felt ‘reassuring and just like a Mum’ ! 😊 Archana was able to skilfully tune into his personality and put him really at ease, even during a difficult problem at the AA check-in which she dealt with super calmly. Both kept in touch throughout their time with him, updating me at key points. Archana also kept in touch with him after handing him over to AA until he had boarded his flight. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
