Whether it’s a regular journey for schooling in the UK, a trip in the holidays to attend one of the many Language Summer Schools or to visit Dad, Grandma or friends, this can be a confusing nightmare for parents. We are all about the children! We specialise in providing airport services for the youngsters but that doesn’t mean that once you are over 18 we can no longer help!

Airports can be confusing places for people of all ages and our Airport Angels are trained to provide assistance every step of the way. We understand that everyone needs a different level of assistance and our services are flexible to meet with each individual requirement.

Whatever your age, if you are a person with a disability, someone with travel anxiety, or just someone who would like some company through the airport process we are happy to provide our services. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming and efficient Meet & Assist service for individual passengers and small groups travelling to and from the UK.

Among our staff we have many years of combined experience working within the airport, the travel industry and business management which has helped us to provide a service that is knowledgeable, professional and friendly too!

  • Our Airport Angels will meet passengers from their coaches, taxis or meet at an agreed point if being bought by friends or family.
  • They will assist with check-in formalities and deal with any problems which may arise. Our staff are fully conversant with all the requirements and procedures for passengers travelling as Unaccompanied Minors with the airline and we provide a dedicated service for this.
  • Passengers are then accompanied to Security ensuring they know what to do once airside and are given a contact number for us should they require any assistance.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with schools, organisations or parents if requested until the flight is airborne.

  • Our Airport Angels liaise with family, friends, taxi or coach company drivers and maintain contact throughout the service.
  • They meet the passengers at Arrivals with a meet sign displaying their name.
  • Once met they are then escorted to their onward transport.
  • We are happy to provide Chaperone Care for young passengers who have a long wait for school buses or need to travel into Central London for trains.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with schools, organisations or families throughout the service if requested.

  • Our Airport Angels will meet groups or individuals from their coaches, taxis or at an agreed meet point.
  • They will assist passengers / groups with check-in formalities and deal with any problems which may arise.
  • The passengers / groups are then accompanied through Security and cared for in the departure lounge until they are taken to the Boarding Gate.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with schools, organisations and parents until the flight is airborne if requested.

  • Our Airport Angels liaise with family, friends, and taxi or coach company drivers and maintain contact throughout the service.
  • They meet the passenger or group as they disembark the aircraft with a meet sign displaying the passenger or group name.
  • They are accompanied through immigration and assisted in the baggage hall.
  • They are then escorted to their onward transport or handed over to someone meeting them in the Arrivals Hall.
  • We can provide chaperone care for students who are awaiting school buses or need to travel into Central London for trains.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with schools, organisations and parents throughout the service if requested.

  • Passengers / Groups are met as they disembark the aircraft by one of our Airport Angels with a meet sign displaying the passenger or group name.
  • They are then transferred either Airside or Landside, depending on their onward carrier and whether their luggage is checked through to the terminal where their onward flight will depart from.
  • Our Airport Angels remain with them in the departure lounge until they take them to the Boarding gate.
  • Our Airport Angels will maintain communication with schools, organisations and parents throughout the service if requested.
