We can assist with check-in, connections, terminal transfers, airline procedures and handovers, while keeping parents, guardians, schools and organisations updated along the way.
Support at every stage of the journey

We meet your young traveller in the Arrivals Hall after baggage reclaim and Customs, then accompany them to their onward transport or ensure they are safely handed over to their designated driver, family member, school or programme representative.
We meet your young traveller from their parent, driver, school or programme representative, or at a designated meeting point, then assist with check-in, bags and boarding passes before accompanying them to Security.
We meet your young traveller as they leave the aircraft, usually as they exit the airbridge, and support them through the arrival process before accompanying them to their onward transport or designated meeting point.
We meet your young traveller from their parent, driver, school or programme representative, assist with check-in and accompany them through Security and to their departure gate.
For journeys that change aircraft or terminals, we meet students from their arriving flight and assist them through to their onward flight.
We provide dedicated supervision and support for children and young people who need to spend an extended period of time at the airport before the next stage of their journey.
