How does treat the Personal Data of Minors?

We only process the information of minors with the consent of their patient or legal guardian and only for the purposes of any booking made where a minor is an integral part of that booking, or when the information is shared with us by the parent or legal guardian themselves. For the purposes of our services we consider a minor any person under the age of 18 years old. We do not share the data with any person who does not have a legitimate reason to hold the data and once our services are complete the details of any minor is removed from our data, unless we are obliged by law to retain the data. If we become aware of any Data belonging to a Minor, were we do not hold the appropriate consents, we will immediately delete it.

How does share your data with Third Parties?
